  • they are probably going to make a paragon 2 release like with the Hudson, but if not then it will become collectible

  • Great!!

  • what power pack r u using bud?

  • Very nice Video Clip !

It is for sure a great loco, with its total diecast body and heavy weight.

I have a Tuscan Red one (4916) and I certainly love it.

I have never understood why BL has stopped manufacturing this fantastic loco.

I also have a diecast metal K4s from BL but also this one can't be found anymore at BL.

Wouldn't mind having a GG1 from (German) Trix, but they are a lot more expensive.

I have a Trix BigBoy and if it is from Trix there are certainly NO doubts about the quality !

  • your not as lucky as me i have a pennline gg1 from 1958 and its missing a pahntograph thoe and pennline ran out of busieness :(

  • Very nice, I have the same model of Trix 4935. I have to say that the BLI model looks more massive with the sound as well. I have it put also on You Tube. Des the BLI model has a metal shell as well? Nice Regards from Holland

  • it's a paragon locomotive so it went out of stock last year and now it's discontinued

  • lol, you could make TONS of cash selling this on Ebay, they cancelled making these and only a couple exist! great model!

  • Like my dad would ever sell this! Wow they really stopped making this model! That's too bad. Well we're very lucky then! Thanks!

  • yeah, i wouldnt sell this if it were mine either! Its a very nice engine!

  • Is your layout back up?

  • Not really. I was just bored so I set up a test track (point to point).

  • Wow that's nice. Can it operate on catenary too?

  • Yes indeed! There's a switch on top that I forgot to show but can change how it get's power (rail or wire) and the volume (how loud/soft) you want the decoder to be.

  • Wow!

  • cool

  • LOL GG1s were really quiet.... and the horn was odd.

  • NICE!!! Ironically GG1s power was DC. beautiful engine.

  • THANKS!!!

  • How many aem-7s do you have

  • I currently have two. One of each paint scheme (phase lll & lV).
