we have an elevator in our house too. it was only like 2,000$ to have it installed when BUILDING the beach house. but if we were to have one installed AFTER it was built, it would have been over 5,000$

i got 2 obx NC and i rent a beach house and mine has a elevator 2..... but one time i 4got 2 close that white gate thing and it stopped moving and i flipped out (BTW i was like 6) lol haha :D

The name of this Beach House is Ricky's Retreat Too in Corolla, NC in the Outer Banks. It is #1905 with Resort Realty. Google it or call Resort Realty to rent it. It also has a killer movie theater with vibrating seats, a sports bar game room, a hot tub and a heated swimming pool. We named this home after my son Ricky. I love your video of the elevator. I did that at boscovs one time on the schindler elevator and the elevator shut off and stopped. between floors I can turn the lights and fan off in JCPenney and opening the dloors when it was moving broke it then some lady got stuck.

unless you have have elderly people who actually need it, you'll be surprised at how rarely it gets used. it's cool and impressive but simply too slow
