No, actually he only ran twice last year, both in maiden special weight races -- one at Oak Tree Santa Anita and one at Hollywood Park. He won his third start, which was the San Rafael Stakes last month at Santa Anita. I agree, he is beautiful!!!

Oh man! The Pamplemousse is so cute. He looks very well behaved too. I wish his breeding was a little more distance / derby orientated, because I have a total horse crush on him.

Wow, the official time for the 3 furlong work was 36 and 1 and they labeled it as breezing. The Pamplemousse is doing great! And I agree with you guys, his color is wonderful.
