  • So old and So good. I didn't see it!

  • Sounds really good!

  • dude how did u make that flute ?' sounds great !

  • Wow that is amazin!!

  • what kind of flute was that, Im a fluteplayer myself:D

  • hey, that rocks ! your rythm is very interesting... it gives me and idea !

    (to be continued...)

  • I heard good reviews for Doug Tipple's PVC pipe Irish flutes. They play as good as the more expensive ones apparently, and are about 60 USD a piece.

  • bacana gostei

  • may i know what model is your flute? do u have any recommendations for a cheap good Irish flute?

  • I think you will find that it is a Dixon non-tuneable polymer practice flute (try saying that six times fast :P). I'm planning on getting one myself sometime - and they are hundreds of dollars cheaper than most other flutes.

  • Hey PJ...Where do you learn to play like that????? i play the flute and i would like to know cuz ur AWESOME!!!

  • When I heard this I started dancing 'round the room and my mums like "What the heck are you doin?!" XD anywho you look familiar (flute player) like some random guy i saw at karate one day O-o wiiieerrdd XD

  • Is that a guitar or a ukulele?

  • guitar lol... a typical uke has 4 strings and is a lot smaller.

  • Yeah, but his looks like a smaller guitar. I got a bit confused : )

  • OMG that's so awesome... You guys gave me so much inspiration & motivation to practise hard some new instruments to me, Tin Whistle and Irish Flute... I've now played tw approximately a month and my first flute came today, i'm so excited :) This one is the cheapest tony dixon, one-piece model... That's the tunable one you got there i assume?

  • It is a Cathie Ryan song, and you played awesome just like her band would... And you were playing on a plastic flute!! Good job!

  • veryvery coll

  • That sounds amazing - and especially for a plastic flute you do amazing work.

  • marry me?

  • wow! thats so good!

  • Very nice, great sound you have going there. Although, may I suggest using a guitar with a bigger body. I think it compliments the flute better, but then again, I know nothing about this kind of music other than I like it^_^. On all the videos of flute/guitar combinations that I've watched so far (which is 2), the guitarist played bar chords. Is that usually how it's done?

  • dude, go easy on the guitar lol, how often do you change strings, you pounding the crap out of them

  • agree'd

  • Ey, fantastic. Could you tell me the typical chords used in irish music??? Tipical wheels too.

I would apreciate this a lot! Thanks!

  • Hey Muffin, they come in plastic too. Eg: Tony Dixon brand. I was offered a slightly used one for $65.00 once.

  • Exactly. My flute is a Tony Dixon in D made of polymer (plastic). So it's cheap.

  • @TinWhistler thank goodness, im about to get a dixon polymer flute and i was scared it wasn't going to sound good

  • that's not a cheap plastic flute, it's an irish flute, made out of wood

  • that cheap plastic flute sounds awsome!! your brother is a good guitarist too

  • very cool soft,warm sound.

    格好良いです!ギターの音がステキ。

  • géniale

  • beautiful. :)

  • wow.

    <3

  • that was great!

  • magnificent tune, you're a good flute player, and your brother a good guitarist, however, he should practice staying in rhythm!

  • plastic? Cheap?

Damn. If i would have known such a thing had existed I might have gotten one to practice off of before I got the real-deal Irish flute...ah well...no worries...whether it's wood, plastic, tin or whatever..you always bring out the best in wind instruments.

  • Fuck Yeah! that was cool!

  • awsome! is it your song?

  • very nice. If that's a cheap plastic flute, you sure bring life to it. I've been interested in Irish music, I've a CD of some music, you guys resparked the interest. Wonderful music.
