As cruel as it may seem, I always hoped that maybe Peyton would pass while having her baby, that way Brooke and Lucas were meant to be together. AND with a baby, since Brooke has complications with having one of her own. I reeeeally thought that was the direction this was going in. It wouldve been perfect to me. Mark can't write WHY LP should together or WHY BL weren't right for each other in an organic way at all. Lucas just has moments of clarity about how he and Peyton are meant to be after everyone in their world tells him that Peyton is his soulmate even when he protests hard against it. I don't even have words for this kind of "writing." This is an opinion from a neutral party who've liked moments with both ships. Maybe Lucas should've ended up alone. I ship Lucas/spinsterhood.

Though i wished i could be part of this neutral party and like both i cant seem to do that because i'm so against the way Peyton and Lucas where created, if it had gone a different way then maybe, so your pretty lucky to just be in the middle. But on other note. Chad did say who he choose was best for the characters and the ACTORS. Which i think its stupid.

I am so neutral on Leyton and Brucas BUT the Brooke in this sequence - the Brooke whose life is about her career - is not the Brooke she was in S5, S6, S7, or S8. Be less of a hack, Mark. If you want to put Leyton together, at least make it true to the characters. If you want to show that Brooke wasn't right for Luke, at least write it true to the characters.

although i love this dream sequence, i also hate at the fact that; it was so unrealistic, the way they were in new york, and all about their careers, and brooke really reminded me of the person she was in season one, rather than the emotional, sefless woman she becomes. brooke and lucas both wanted families, brooke wouldn't have left tree hill, like she says, tree hill's home, this was so unrealistic! i miss them so much,:/

@BLAlwayss Someone showed me this in a new lights. They said that it was dreamed this way because Lucas didn't feel like he was good enough for Brooke. Seeing as how she has the lead in this one by finding him, getting the flowers, the present. Its his way of thinking she is too good for him. So in other sense he loves her but feels like hes not good enough for her. And ever since then that's the way i see it. but i Agree with you that's how i felt until they showed me that way

Let's be real guys. The only reason they put Peyton and Lucas together is because Hilarie and Chad wanted to leave the show. If they would have stayed in the show Lucas probably would've picked Brooke. Everyone is so upset because it is a total curveball. Brooke and Lucas had all the moments together, my favorites are with baby Angie. The only way I look at the good in Leyton is that Brooke didnt leave the show.
