thing to remember is that, these are old model cars going on a dirt road, not only did he go through that fence, the speed by how fast he's going is unnatural.
CLEARLY I see the fence had another side on it... and just my the positioning, the car would have shown the passenger door if he went around, not the back of his sedan..

Look at a chain link fence one day..there is a support pole, 4 single wires holding the chain link to the pole then a steel cap that hold it down. There's an opening in the fence. If you look really close at the whole entire fence while the cop is driving over to it you will see an opening. There's two poles but no wire thingys. Also at the end of the video where the cop just sits there, the opening is just right there. This is all just an illusion. Its just some joke made up by the fbi or whoever.
