If you didn't notice already it's a satire on canadian politics. If the fact the video said "this is a story of a Canadian politician" didnt clue you in, then there's no sense explaining the rest.
Lighten up mate, the skit is about the incompetence of or now fired Foreign Minister and his "girlfriend" /ex-biker chick who was linked to Hells Angels. The fact he had to resign his post js in a way being fed to the lions. We know Nicaragua and Venezuela have nothing to do with South Africa- there in lies the joke.
