I just rooted and put eg30Plus 1.2.0.0 on my E4GT last night so I could get the new Swype. I noticed this morning that after being plugged in all night, my battery was at 68%. Furthermore, I just checked my usage and it's showing Dialer at 40%. Any idea what's happening here?

Also, when I download the .tar file, do I unzip that? Cuz I unzipped it and it just has a zImage file.

I would say to go ahead and re download odin.. delete those other file... you can find the download i posted as a sticky at the ACS forums in the development section. Re download the tar as well.... make sure it's chris41g's plus kernel. Delete all other old files.

@qbking77 Thank you, I was able to unroot and redo the root and now it works great. The problem I had at the other screen was that the power botton was not letting me pick the "wipe data and restore factory settings" I found out looking on the net that you have to hit the "home" button and it works as the "OK" button if you are on the phones Oden reboot screen. So now all is great and thank you for getting back to me!
