Yes this is an excerpt from a full 15-minute drama performed by the EPLF Cultural Troupe about the life of tegadelti through struggles and successes. In the video there are other songs sung by Tefono, Wedi Tukul, Gual Ankere...etc. There actually isn't a date written on the videocassette, but I presume it is between between 1985 to 1987.

I see tofono gual ankere and wedi tukul is playing the kirar. i would say around 1980 to 1985 i could be wrong tho i would have to check all the old VHS tapes of eplf troop and dates.

Would somebody date this video? Also date all videos...dating documentation is just as important as the documentation themselves when it comes to historical research
just saying "Old EPLF song" is useless information..we need to know exactly how old.
