Honestly I have no clue, I found mine in a newsagency in Surfers Paradise (QLD, Australia) Like a year ago, well I have two copys of the manga, so I can sell you my extras ^_^ on Ebay though, not yet though.. Personally, I think this song's lyrics more fit Junpei, and Kouichi's would be "Breaking the Habit" for all its chaos. My opinion aside, this is pretty damn good!
