@kawasakikillerr sorry to dis chap but it did make me giggle, you have made things very over complicated, i'm planning a vid but will be putting it on a different channel, will send it your way. peace
Question: Isn't that triloading on the biner at both anchor? Also, why use a quickdraw instead of just a biner? That's an extra link in the chain to break right? Also why the locking biner at the static end and not anywhere else? What does the third linelocker provide in terms of mechanical advantage vs. before? Does using the main line as a pulley system really damage the line? Isn't tree padding also to protect the line? Also, you had a PAS but didn't use it, what does that do?
i heard that a 2nd anchor can be placed on the tree with the pully system to create even more tension on the line. i havent tried it and was just wondering if it works?
Hi Tom, Good demo and clear explanation. I'd never heard of a slackline before today (sheltered life), but after watching your video, I'm confident even I could put up a safe one if needed.
I can imagine different ways to set up a slackline, but this was just completely way too difficult. It works, but there are simpler ways.

There is a much much easier way to do this, and also only requires 3 carabiners. Also very very easy to take down..
