This is a beautiful song, even though the chorus melody is taken from John Lennon's War is Over, which to me almost makes it more beautiful, like an allusion in a literary masterpiece, Elliot's interpretation of this magic melody, in his own unique style is so powerful for me, especially considering his dad gave him the white album when he was young, which made him want to be a musician
