der film ist klasse und da ich filme liebe die etwas poetisches an sich haben mag ich auch diesen.batman the dark knight fand ich auch klasse will jetzt aber kein vergleich von den beiden filmen ziehen viel mehr will ich eine andeutung auf ein zitat machen...zwischen genie und wahnsinn liegt nur ein schmaler grat.

I'm not saying Germany shows no violence and sex, I know it does. I was just surprised they showed that impaling forehead bit in the public trailer. We dont find that in any American trailer.

I only act surprised because I know a lot of video games and movies that are banned from Germany and Australia. I'm not judging the country, I just thought they were trying to make a conscious effort to keep wanton violence in check. As a native english speaker, I find dubbed TV in germany appalling, especially as it is almost for ALL foreign TV programs. I suggest a couple of programs a week should be dubbed in ENGLISH, just to let some germans know what they are missing: the evening Tagseshau should be dubbed into ENGLISH. It's not much, just 15 minutes a day..

Himmel!!! Dies ist einmal mehr ein perfektes Beispiel dafür, wie sehr Synchronisationen einen Film zerstören!

Da geht es nicht darum, ob man Englisch kann oder nicht. Filme sollen in jedem fall (auch) in Originalsprache gezeigt werden. Bei einem Bild schneide ich auch nicht einfach was raus und setzte den Hintergrund neu ein. Und bei einem Song ersetze ich den Gesang auch nicht mit einer fremden Stimme in Landessprache.

Wer diesen Film nur in Synchro sieht, weiss nicht, was er verpasst.

Super Film! Deutsche Synchro zerstört mal wieder einen Coen Film. Ich empfehle die Originalfassung, allein schon wegen der Stimme von Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), die ist im Deutschen echt peinlich!
