I agree that Nash can take over games than Kidd because of his high percentage shooting. But Kidd is a player who can dominate a game without scoring or attempting any shot.

Im just not happy about Kidd's basic passing in Dallas, all of his teammates are perimeter scorers, no one knows how to dunk. when he got someone who can jump and dunk, u'l always see him in the top 10 plays or highlights. Nash just got a handful of beautiful passes while Kidd has it every game before.

Nash is only better than Kidd in terms of shooting. I know Kidd is in the better team w/ the likes of Dirk, Jet, JHo and Marion. But all of them are perimeter scoring guys w/ the exception of marion. So he doesnt have that much assists. And he's kind of boring nowadays. But he's still great.

Give Kidd something like Amare, LeBron or Dwight Howard, or an athletic big man who can dunk. You will see alley-oop all the time and a championship ring. That's what his game is.

Well nowdays, Nash is better, but if we look at their career, I would go with Kidd hands down. He went in to Finals with a team, that had only mediocre players, Nash droped out with good ones. Nash has insane offense, but weak defense, Kidd is... was a legend in both.

Actually it would help to have one of the best centers of all time on your team. Shaq is leading the league in FG% and he's on a team that doesn't stop running.
