You see, the heavily populated area of the surrounding area of Portland in full of people for freedom which is why Oregon is a heavily democratic state since the population is mainly focused in this one area. However outside of this area is a lot of forest and desert and small self-contained communities with some extreme beliefs which is where I believe this school is. Fortunately don't get much say in state laws as Portland Metropolitan area takes it.
