It's impossible to make FL Slayer sound like a real electric guitar. I'd reccomend using soundfonts and a program like amplitube if you don't have the ability to record real guitar parts.
Place in your piano roll a long note..have FL play the pattern in a loop and while that is playing,mess around with the magnets position...notice the difference..? :)

It doesn't make no difference at all on the overall sound.. You play low-high...
then high-low.. That's the only sound difference.
