It is a perfect example of how the Chinese want to turn Tibetan culture into. The only thing Tibetan is the few seconds of Tashi Nyima's singing in Amdo Tibetan. Does the tibetans themselves know that there are nomad peoples live near kham region that speak tibetan? and they were these cowboy like hats.
Remember to Han people until now tibetan culture meant the tibetans in KHAM(Kang) region in modern day sichuan or even Qinhai but not TAR.

The style is Tibetan. That's what is meant when it says it's a Tibet dance. The sway, the dragging of the foot, all of that is uniquely Tibetan.
