i'm a notre dame fan i have to admit both usc and ucla wearing their home jerseys is a pretty cool idea. i think notre dame and purdue should do that every year when they play against each other.

the only problem with that is that the navy blue and the black would clash with each other because the colors are similer. ucla and usc works because the colors stand out against each other.

i know. i talked to CaliforniasGold about it and he said "I don't think it's realy necessary 4 all of the California teams to wear their home jerseys when they play eachother and i agree with him. he liked the idea of usc and ucla wearing the home jerseys when they played eachother cos hey both live in LA.

I don't think it's nessesary 4 in state rival teams to wear the home jerseys when they play eachother (unless they live in the same city),

i agree that the home jerseys are a tradition that should live on, but i don't think that it should be done by other rivalries because i think of it having more to do with the teams sharing L.A. and that's unique in Division 1-A

It's great USC will wear their home Cardinal jerseys at UCLA. It's a tradition and it was kind of neat to see both USC and UCLA wearing their home jerseys back in the '60's and '70's when they played.

UCLA should wear their home blue jerseys when playing at USC next year.

I'd like to see more rivalry matchups in which both teams wear their home jerseys, such as Cal vs. Stanford, Alabama vs. Tennessee, Nebraska vs. Oklahoma, Texas vs. Texas A&M, and Florida vs. Florida St.
