so what, he did it because he's black, I researched Powell, retired in 93, endorsed Dole in 96, Bush in 2000 and 04, so he has never endorsed a left wing candidate until now, HMMMM, I think in a civil court I could prove he did endorse Obama because he's black.

I don't think he did it because he's black. It seems to me that Powell is more of a liberal, anyway, but he's alway endorsed conservative foreign policy (not that it is conservative)

I could care less about Powell, but I was suprised by his fair comments about the Russia/Georgia situation. he has restored some of my respect for him.

I like some of Chuck's views; but from what I've heard, he's sort of a theocrat, and I'm more liberal one social issues---a social libertarian, if you will. BUT, Paul endorsed him, so that's a plus. But Bob Barr . . . NO!!! He is a FAKE!!! I like Nader the best!

But here's the BIG NEWS!!!---Apparently, on October 19, C-Span is holding a debate in which they will invite all the third party candidates AND the two actors (Obama/McCain). Just watch---they won't show up!
