I'm sure the rules state that once you move in the blocks after the set as been giving, your disqualified. During the second disqualification that guy in Lane 8th Moved first, then Padget. But Padget was disqualified.
Waiting in the stands for this event was so frustrating! 3 false starts! Everyone could hardly believe it! The race was spectacular to watch but everyone's performance's were unfortunately very poor from the really bad weather and the false starts didn't help either.
Glad to see USATF posting what they got, I'd post my stuff but being in the stands on the backstretch didn't give me much of a view with my camera :[
