The car that hit the guy was following or chasing the other car that was speeding away. If the car that hit him had stopped like most people would, he would get in trouble with the law, but also, he would lose the guy he was chasing. So i don't blame the car for not stopping. The people aren't helping the man because they're in disbelief, have better shit to do, are excited, or don't know what to do. I don't blame them. Understand that not everyone is a saint and they aren't obligated to be.

I know the car was responding to another call, I saw the other clip on CNN website which gave more details, however I'm saying if you where calling the emergency services in that time and while your calling you saw a police car pull up, you would end the call.

Don't get me wrong though, I can see there's people in that clip who clearly couldnt give a damn about another human being being hit by a car..like the drivers that swerved around his body to get to wherever they are going.

umm...does no one see that a police car is there within 60 seconds/ If anyone was calling an Ambulance at that time they would of stopped since the cops where already there.
