I did like this game, the graphics were amazing, but i was annoyed how they could never get the mouths and voices synced. Anyone know why they couldn't? Anyway, it's fun, especially the last mission (the coolest final mission so far, I think) , but my heart will always belong to The Unsung War.

It combines the arrogant and prideful remarks from various countries and modifies them, suiting it to the made up country in the game. Some things are obviously from America, other things from other places, such as Russia, Japan, etc. And if you must know, this game is made and developed by a Japanese company. Made in Japan. Which partially explains the cliche dialogs they use.

Emmeria is basically all the better-off western european countries and estovakia is the warsaw pact coutries after the fall of the soviet union (the fall of the ulysses asteroid in the games). 5 was the one where it would have been america and china/russia in a massive war that the defeated iranians from the iran/iraq war wanted to keep going. This plays into the themes of ace combat 0 what with the islamic revolution and the military rule of belka.

Its most likely going to be arcadey, with a touch of flight sim thrown in (ie: you can roll upside down and then flip your craft to turn around -- its not going to be like Starfox). I played the other Ace Combat games and they were quite easy to get into control-wise. You still have to use some fancy maneuvering (ie: dives and rolls and flips) to outmaneuver missiles and chase difficult targets.
