Nice to see Smallville fans still always holding onto Smallville. I cannot forget this show. I want to see them bring it back. I demand Metroplois to be the newest smallville show. Tom Welling as Superman and Erica as Lois and the adventure continues.. and of course.. the finale should be Superman's death then they should bring a INCREDIBLE season like the comic books. For over SEVENTY YEARS - since the very first Superman comics were issued, Clark was always destined to be with Lois. He needs her to continue being the hero the world needs. It just depends on whether it is the silver age Superboy and man, or post crisis Superman. No matter what, in both, Lois is SUPERMAN's present and future once he is in Metropolis!

Neither wanted say the L word in S9. They love each other deeply, but were afraid of getting hurt, but now that's all over. They no longer have any hangups.
@bfnfamily and thank god for that! Now i have no doubt of their love, but before it just looked like he was being nice to lois, rather than being IN LOVE with her. I suppose in retrospect it was a huge contrast to when they were barely friends, but i'm just glad to see little moments like this that assure me that he is well over Lana.

I was just saying, since the moment lois began to like clark, well, realize that she liked clark, we could read it all over her face. in clark's case, however, it has been somewhat more difficult to recognize. I was very surprised when clark pulled lois in to dance in Bride.
@lpfmn1f I tend to agree with you. Lois tends to wear her heart on her sleeve while Clark tends to internalize his feelings. I think the writers knew that it was unlikely that these two would acknowledge their feelings for each other in the same way at the same time. Season 8 was about Lois discovering the depth of her feelings for Clark. Season 9 was about Clark recognizing how much he cared for Lois.
he all ways could fly remember in season one when he was "hovering" above his bed when he though of Lana and when she was in the tornado he say he felt like he was flying to her now this scene a slight connection there when he thinks of the one he loves and lets go of everything else he can do anything that why superman is awesome.

He can fly because the darkness is no longer weighing him down... literally :D There's also the fact that in the last episode, in order to fly Kara told Clark to ignore everything and just focus on ONE THING (the butterflly). He couldn't do fly when focusing the on the butterfly, probably because it didn't mean anything to him. Here. he's only focusing on his love for lois (i.e ONLY one thing).. then he can fly.
It's amazing, he's an alien from another planet with a responsibility of a god amongst men, yet a woman of the earth completes him. She is his destiny, Superman will always have/need Lois Lane, she is his passion for humanity encapsulated in the one and only person he'll ever seek guidance from. Once he realised this he is free....Flying is only but a form of such freedom.
i squealed like al ittle girl when i saw this, i can't get over this scene, i'm so excited about the rest of the season now, they are definitely making this the best season ever hands down!
I love that he totally let go,N that Lois completes him,which IMO made his so incredibly happy that he flew....I swear watching this episode last night almost made me cry,N this song goes so well with the scene..I love Clois,N they said they loved each other for the first time,which just made it more fanatastic.I'm so glad he said it 1st. I'm also really glad they didn't dance at the reunion, knowing that song that played was his and Lana's song. This was 4 Lois only N she got the better deal!
There us something critical to say: Clark is now able to counter attack darkseid. Hé has nô weaknesses anymore and jorel was totally wrong. Now i want a big fight: darkside vs Superman
i just can't get enough of these two, this scene was amazing, i was freaking out after this scene, it was perfect, they couldn't have done a better job. this episode has got to be my #1 favorite episode in the entire series. <3 <3 <3
this is an amazing scene! Clark has managed to let go of the darkness and the mistakes of his past and become the man he is supposed to be...this scene really shows this....by letting go, he can now fly and be free to move on.
I literally laughed when I saw this scene. Not because it was particularly funny, but because I've been watching Smallville since the start, and this was such a relief that I couldn't hold it in :D
This episode was definitely a turning point doe the show itself. First of all Oliver, that point when he was talking was a sign that he finally found himself, someone that he can be proud of. And lois and Clark, wow! That last scene was just perfect, the music, the words, even the few inches they were floating up in the air! Their true identities with their characters have finally risen, I can't wait to see how everything else will fit in, GREAT episode!!!!
OMFG!!!! haha when i was watching this episode i was thinking to myself, damn, what a great episode and im glad that Lois and Clark will end off on such a high note and then BAMMM!!!! haha i was touched by God lol when he started flying just a little bit, i almost cried haha i am so happy with this 200th episode, ending was beyond great and the episode really showed us everything about the show and where the show will head, god i love SMALLVILLE :)

I love that he totally let go,N that Lois completes him,which IMO made his so incredibly happy that he flew....I swear watching this episode last night almost made me cry,N this song goes so well with the scene..I love Clois,N they said they loved each other for the first time,which just made it more fanatastic.I'm so glad he said it 1st. I'm also really glad they didn't dance at the reunion, knowing that song that played was his and Lana's song. This was 4 Lois only N she got the better deal!

i just can't get enough of these two, this scene was amazing, i was freaking out after this scene, it was perfect, they couldn't have done a better job. this episode has got to be my #1 favorite episode in the entire series. <3 <3 <3

this is an amazing scene! Clark has managed to let go of the darkness and the mistakes of his past and become the man he is supposed to be...this scene really shows this....by letting go, he can now fly and be free to move on.

I literally laughed when I saw this scene. Not because it was particularly funny, but because I've been watching Smallville since the start, and this was such a relief that I couldn't hold it in :D

This episode was definitely a turning point doe the show itself. First of all Oliver, that point when he was talking was a sign that he finally found himself, someone that he can be proud of. And lois and Clark, wow! That last scene was just perfect, the music, the words, even the few inches they were floating up in the air! Their true identities with their characters have finally risen, I can't wait to see how everything else will fit in, GREAT episode!!!!

OMFG!!!! haha when i was watching this episode i was thinking to myself, damn, what a great episode and im glad that Lois and Clark will end off on such a high note and then BAMMM!!!! haha i was touched by God lol when he started flying just a little bit, i almost cried haha i am so happy with this 200th episode, ending was beyond great and the episode really showed us everything about the show and where the show will head, god i love SMALLVILLE :)

I especially loved when she said she loved him back because in tv shows, whenever one person says I love you, the other person always gets scared or something happens. But I felt as though she was so sure of her love for him that she didn't even need to think twice. It was so perfect.
