@doogiedog1234 yea, there is a law, you can build your own rocket but before flying into space you need to pay a shit ton of money for licencing and stuff like that, on top of that your rocket needs to be inspected and you cannot go alone without the supervision of nasa crew authorized by the US government to make sure you don't go there to do something like blow some shit up also if you are not up to health standards set forth by nasa your application will be denied.
