  • 25$ lol! i bought my for 9zł(it will be about 2$);P

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! at 7:52 lol

  • a cool thing might be to use the cut-offs u used for windows to make like planks of wood boarding up the windows (leaving some room for models to look through) might add a more 'used' effect to the building :)

  • "AHH! SHIT!" Loved that part.

  • instead of that wood could you use those stick things that people use in gardens to hold their plants up? please respon because i really want to make one of these

  • @billbob2136 - you sure could. Many of those are coloured bamboo, i'd try not to use those :-)

  • @RubbishInRubbishOut thanks man

  • u shouldve have made a balcony rather than a window on the second floor that would been awesome

  • @BigNorwegianBear - i'll be doing some more elaborate buildings soon, these were very simple buildings - balconies always look awesome! Thx for the comments!

  • For another cool way to add a little detail, cut up some paper clips and shove them into the foam core to represent rebar.

  • I like that look ... I didnt use on this these buildings as kids use these at the shop - dont want them poking themselves :D "look mommy, i player 40k and now my hands got red on it" ;p

  • Haha yeah I meat to add a little disclaimer, but I was in the middle of painting/patiently waiting for some models to dry and it slipped my mind ;). Although I just noticed that I have red on my hands...

  • you could use the bit that you cut out the window as praving slabs

  • Probably the best work in -> results out ratio of anything I've seen related to the hobby. Fantastic.

  • I'm building the Empire State building and these

  • straw pipes are good

  • you'll be seeing me do some cool stuff with straws in the advanced detailing coming up soon ;-)

  • Probably one of the best tutorials for making buildings like these on the internet. Good stuff!

  • i agree

  • ohhh gee, thanks man :-) the internets a big place, nice to get a comment like this. cheers.

  • i get the same pain in the first joint of my index finger when i press too hard cutting foamcore.

  • painful! it only seems to happen with the foamcore, not cardboard or balsa or anything else .... weird?!

  • smallest things add such a new demension on things very well done

  • Great stuff!! I love the ledge idea. Such a small detail adds a lot!

  • oh yeah, its amazing how the little things always make the difference. generally when I build (unless its a true life replication) i follow the motto, less is more.
