The one reason that I wanted him to die was because when some characters in a game die(your friends, not foes) it just gets to me... It creates this kind of emotion that is hard to get... @KillerRedSnake1 Yeah that's what I'm thinking. He should return in lambent form because he fell into the imulsion lake (it'll unrealistic if it returns in locust form) because her body wasn't destroyed and could have mutated just like the Brumak did.

I also think that Skorge wasn't as cool as RAAM, because he was just like a kind of "personal honour guard" of the queen, while RAAM commanded the Locust Army. Also RAAM was harder to kill in-game.

So, summarizing, RAAM's return would be awesome.

Also, Why not make it a trilogy? I would rather a well played Trilogy rather than 12 games with pretty much the same plot lines.
