  • She is good, but that piece is, ahemm

  • @MucusFelidae you must've meant "a gem".

  • Holy shit! I thought I was getting good at this song... Then I listened to this. It sounds sooo much better when she plays it.

  • There is always an asian that is way better than you!

  • brilliant!!! wonderful interpretation.

  • brilliant

  • she is playing it so fast, is not enjoyable

  • @sin1982cl I disagree. This piece to me seems like a raging tumult of sound, with little bits of melody poking through. I think that the speed at which she plays it does a good job at that; it makes the whole thing feel frantic, but the constant melody and harmonics coming through help to contrast that.

  • Pure joy!!! What a brain pleaser. Beautiful woman.

  • That's the Gropp guitar, luthier mario Gropp (German).

  • seems like piano

  • I enjoy watching her playing and listening to it. She is totally awesome.

  • is it just me (male) but i find the way women play guitar so amazing, such respect for volumes, brilliant! Wang Yameng, Jie Lie, Kaori Muraji, Ana Vidovic.....I am not amazed that a woman can play this piece!

  • DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yes. Who would have thought that a fragile female frame would be capable of such strength or concentration. She can play it because she practiced her ass off, and the fact that she is a female has fuck all to do with it.

  • It may be nature as well as nurture. Girls seem to settle down to "dutiful progress" (i.e. tutoring and practice) better than boys, who'd rather be charging about. However, that's a generalization, and players such as this one are the best of the best, no question.

  • @peterhguk I like the asian generalization better... they're obviously more disciplined when it comes to certain things or maybe it's their upbringing but they're often lifeless in the face which annoys me. lol.

  • i would love to see her pick up an electric guitar and hear what that sounds like!

  • I wouldn't, electric guitar is crap compared to classical. (I'm talking about shredding and stuff, not Jazz/Blues)

  • people who know how to shred are just as skilled and knowledgeable as jazz players. alex skolnick from the thrash band testament and muhammed suicmez from necrophagist are prime examples.

  • perhaps as knowledgable, in rare cases. But where's the fun in mindless scales and arpeggios?

  • if they have fun doing it, and people have fun listening to it, then i would say that its fun. they can also write damn good songs!

  • @Erock5718 It wouldn't sound nearly as good, there would be no dynamics and they don't even FEEL like the same instrument.

  • metronomicamente perfecto, sigue sin gustarme la interpretacion

  • wow she is incredibly fast and accurate.

  • incredible

  • man, thats a wicked performance.

also, thats such a nice guitar. does anybody know who made it?

  • this is makes the guitar

Realmente impresionante.

  • She, as other chinese guitaress, shows wonderfull technic and brilliant feeling. I always wonder - do they (classical guitarist at all) can show something other that trained etudes and sonatas - i mean: to improvise something (sorry for my english;)

  • quite a few classical guitarists are prominent in other styles..

ive seen a video of john williams play some jazz somewhere. no idea if its still on youtube.

  • possibly one the most technical songs out there

  • !!! Buenismo
