This is so great! I love seeing the thoughts and hearing the inspirations behind songs. This is my favorite song on the album, in part because it's so relatable- I'm sure at some point everyone has been in a toxic relationship that was destroying their zen garden, sometimes without them realizing it.

Me, I figured it out a bit late, but the guy is history and I'm happily in a different (and much more peaceful) relationship.

Such a 'smart' video! or something. I love that song! It's one of those songs that's recognizable on the first listen. So much so that I was sure it was a hit and I'd heard it loads of times before. PJ Harvey has recently released and album (Let England Shake) with a couple of gems on it. It was recorded in a church in Dorset! I was wondering if you'd thought about that (if it's even possible)... recording some stuff is a 'special place' while in Singapore. A temple... or a temple garden for eg.
