  • @Alfacuria They are attracted to the ultraviolet wavelengths of light emitted by these UV and mercury vapor bulbs.

  • @Alfacuria they just hang out under the light like that. no poison is used

  • @Gredysh yes you can find big moths like cecropia moths and luna moth, they are realy nice, I live in quebec and it's the same insects in ontario

  • The lights are blacklight bulbs (white colored BL350) and the one on the tripod is a Mercury Vapor bulb (older type street light bulbs).
