You can't really test the Ipad vs Ipad2 with internet applications because the apple products are wifi hogs. The first Idevice to begin loading a page will win because its priority is higher. Those tests might be true if you had two equally streaming connections running.

actually there the same speed but it depends on how fast they send the request and also it depends how fast your router is

@SnowDrifter10 There are some work arounds for the flash problem.  Some browsers have a way of processing the flash websites remotely, but the result isn't as sharp or fast as it is on something that actually is running flash. iSwifter is one browser that does this.
