i used to always play Jurassic Park - operation genius on Xbox although the difference is between that is your building the park how u want not actually fighting through to save your life etc

but if it wern't for operation genius i would probably think twice about buying this game cause i used to find the old J.p games was crap, but thanks to operation genius i shall be sure to make sure this game is on my to buy list for 2012 :)

As for determining the reason for the extinction of the dinosaurs, it's correct that we have no real idea and that the meteor theory is just the most popularly heard of. Though as said before, carbon dating (which you seem to not like?), at least places dinosaurs buried deep within soil for millions of years.

It seems like most people are mostly bashing the graphics and how it's a linear game without any shooting. I would place the graphics at about 2005-2006 of PC quality. Not that bad really. I don't have much against linear games either. Sometimes, it's great to just sit back and do what the game tells you to. :)

It's Telltale Games, people! They don't make blockbuster shooters. They pretty much only make "virtual movies", and have always done that.

Erm..I don't like this game not because its "not a shooter" I dislike because there's little to no interaction with the characters or the environment, nor is there any way to manipulate the game with unique, innovative strategies (which is the essential POINT of any game, really) making gameplay rather trivial, & tedious.
