Web pages have low resolution, so photoshop pixels aren't usually a problem, but I just think vector images look so much better. I've been able to just drag indesign vector images into photoshop where I sliced the pages for use as a web page, and I just don't want to go through all that trouble for pixelated stuff.
This is a very inventive website design.
