I think to trigger the ghost, you need to be on one of the first missions. I'm not sure, I just know there's a ghost on the mission with destroying the shacks.

I did see a ghost with my own eyes on this game, but I wasn't looking for any Easter Eggs or Myths so I don't know where it was. And the place across from the HideOut, sometimes someone will walk out with a laundry basket full of clothes. You can't kill this person. I've also seen the swing moving by itself but didn't hear laughing.

If you're looking at your Map, it's just a little above the Fuzz Activity in that area. Do you have it on 360 or PS3? I could add you and we could look for some of that ourselves, if you need/want a partner. The only friends I have who have a 360 like Call of Failure, not these games.

The Ghost from the first investigation its true , i remember when i played the mission when u need to get your hideout and when i trowed a hobo my cousin saw a strange figure moving and i saw it too then we thinked it was only a graphic bug but today i investigated and it was a ghost who was walking where Cfox sayed so i give to the first investigation 100% and on the second i dont know if its true so i give to it 10 % and we make 60 % true ;)
