Peak oil will result in a battle for resources resulting in world war. Then oil will temporarily not be as big an issue with such a mass die off of people. The war will cause mass starvation in Africa, world-wide hyperinflation, and the death of billions around the world. And yet, prices will still climb becasue production will have also been damped. To the winner goes the spoils. It's an ugly time we are nearing, huh?

I honestly believe that society as a whole is being bamboozled! Science has been hijacked by mathematicians and philosophers. Most tech advances/inventions have come from engineers using sound physical/electrical principles, or gifted laymen with the tenacity to overcome problems.
