He can use anyones attacks, due to being a mime, he can use their weapons to go with the attack to show you whose move he is using and as a reference to gilgamesh

Bartz is a 'Mime', apparently a Blue Mage, and he had the ability to use every heroes' weapons and attacks.

No, Mime and Blue Mage are two different jobs. Blue Mage copies enemy monster attacks, and a Mime copies moves from other job classes.

IN FFV you had the job system but the original job of your party let them equip any equipment in the game i guess thats why he can use everyone weapon like that i don't think there any blue mage or mime reason

Uhm,I read on the FF wiki(Not entirely reliable I guess) but,it says the official sources say that his fighting is based on the Mime Class from 5,since it's considered the ultimate job in that game.

And when he enters EX mode,he changes to that outfit as well.
