I appreciate the quaility of drills displayed and that kids of all levels are being used. Where can I find more information about your program? Are you available to speak with? Thanks again and look forward to updated video's of your training methods.
My son goes through each 2-4 times depending on what other work we add to this. This would only be a part of a specific workout. I would say mixing up your workout is a better idea than doing the same thing every weekend. Your body and mind will get use to the same routine (muscle memory) and the more you do them the better you will get but you need to do a variety of things. Best advice...get an agility ladder that I would do once a week mixing up the agility drills at each workout.
Really its technique, and u gotta train ur fast twitch muscles. this stuff is core conditioning that makes you able to change direction qiucker. The first guy that went looked pretty clumsy though lmao.. but yeah u might wanna do this type of stuff at least 3 times a week
Your videos have been the most helpful resource for me when it comes to agility and conditioning. I train bymyself alot and it has been great to use these ideas.

Thanks for sharing. Are all of these kids Raiders? What time of year is this? I am assuming pre-season. I admire the commitment...

Thank you very much, I appreciate the compliment. End of May 2007. Almost all were Raiders, the two older kids were High school players.
