I would have to agree. If anything, Zangetsu's second form is Tenza Zangetsu. Translation: Bankai. The name that people call Hollow Ichigo is Shirosaki, but it is not the official name, I don't believe.

If you have added a few effects like tranisitons or at least some clips from other episodes, it would be a lot better
