  • Can't wait to play Jan now hearing the song woop woop. x

  • Lol I'm auditioning for Frenchie, Risso and Jan >~<

this is the song I'll be singing for Jan tomorrow! please wish me luck ^ ^

  • I'm roger in my school musical, gotta hit that high note

  • im jan in my school musical.. need to sing this song ahha

  • tee hee... mooning <3

  • I looked up this song for a callback on the part of Roger... those high notes aren't going to happen for me :/

  • @DerElf1976 if you practice enough you'll expand your range, but the high notes are ad libbed here im pretty sure in the libretto he does not go that high

  • I'm learning the song for call backs!

  • A while back, I was Roger in a school version of Grease. Thank God they didn't expect me to hit that high note at "behind".

  • Learning this song for callbacks monday :D

  • @TheChocolateLover94 whooo! oh my life i find the 'Ohh' bits the easiest! i cant do the harmonies on the 'moo-oo-ooning' bits ahaaaa! the guy i sing with has a really unique voice so i get all confused hahah! good luck to you too :D <3

  • im jan in our school show from 6th-9th december! i hate this song -_- so excited to perform though :)

  • @TheDawknob Im Jan for our school show as well from the 7th - 9th of december! and ergh i know right! the 'Ohh...' bits are SO annoying, i can never find the note!! :P Good luck with it :D<3

  • I can't stop playing this. -.- addicted much.

  • nice!! i gotta sing this for chorus....the voice seems like it could suit me well...lets see how it goes :))

  • Love this song, my boy best friend has to sing this. Bless him.

  • @ToastTeaNom Hehe . .

  • @MinistryOfMagicLover SHUSH FRENCHIE. :D

  • My school performed Grease last year, and this is the only song I can hear now without cringing. Hearing it over and over and over again can do that. But this song never gets old.

  • @emopinata12345 LOL, i know what you mean! Whenever a grease song comes on i'm like, TURN IT OFF! I can't listen to any of the songs i had to sing :L

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!! i am jan im my school play and i lost the cd!!! i own you my life man!

  • saw the play today at school. BRADLEY POWELL AND GENNA STRIFE FTW

  • interesting fact about mooning and drew jaymson for you!!!

hes the first male to add high fasetto note in and since then its been tradition for all males playing roger to have to sing that note!

  • This song makes me wish I was Roger instead of Kenickie in my school's play sometimes. Oh well, at least I'm the badass with the car. XD

  • Dude, I sang this song last night in my high school play. Check it out in my vids. :D

  • love this track! I sang this almost everyday for our Grease production back in high school & I still find myself singing it years after lol

  • cant wait to sing this song as jan next month :D

  • i am playing jan in our FMP at college, i am really excited about it, i have never heard this song before and i love it!!! :D

  • (btw if you wanna hear how high Those Magic Changes goes, don't listen to the London Cast version, cause he sings it differently, so its not quite as high at certain parts. Try the movie version, by Sha na na)

  • LOL all you kids are complaining about this song!?

I'm a low bass (my lowest note is a double low C) and I am DOODY. I have to sing Those Magic Changes!

But @Zero7965 is right. Practice does indeed make perfect. I've been trying to use my falsetto a lot throughout the day, and now I can usually hit the highest note (which is an F an octave and a half above middle C, if you are singing the optional ad libbed section, which my director is making me do) But I'm afraid I might crack under pressure

  • Ahh I'm doin this song for my musical theatre class. Soo nervous cuz I'm a bass!

  • Hey to everyone having trouble singing cuz it's too high: Ask the vocal director if they can lower the key down to an f# or an e. That helped me out a lot, but Jan's amazing voice had to be lowered to so she won't be able to use her full potential... yeah hope that helps.

  • So who is ROger Jan Both? Guess it is Craig Mclachlan & Debbie that is the singers?

  • @LaaaMaZ No it's not Craig and Debbie. I don't understand why it says you can download them singing it on iTunes. It's Drew Jaymson and Liz Ewing singing.

  • @GreaseIsTheWord25 Couldn't find Drew Jaymson and Liz Ewing on wiki?

  • Oh crap, Imma have to sing this. Hopefully I can go that high without cracking. Practice makes perfect though...

  • @Zero7965 You in a play?

  • @Aurablase10000 Yessir, in this musical, in fact the show is in 4 days

  • @Zero7965 Neat. I'm in it too! Not yours though. Mine Starts in May.

  • @Aurablase10000 Break a leg man

  • Got to Do this for my school And i'm only eleven so high though eurgh : - / Roger You stupid boy -hits himself- why did i be good at the audition

  • I have to sing this for my school musical. There is NO WAY ON EARTH that I am hitting that high note, my voice is waaaaay deep for that.

  • @haggis855 Haha i'm in that same situation. I sing bass and they want me to do it in like 2 months.

  • @schwa363 I'm more baritone to be honest. I might end up not singing this song though, because our person who was kenickie left, and If I can find myself a replacement then I might get the part!

  • am playing jan at my school production finding it so hard to hit the notes even though i dont hav to sing much lol loving this version dou xx
