The sixteenth amendment was ratified in 1914 and was passed because it only included tha top 2% of people in the united states. The federal government has the right to regulate interstate commerce. Thats it. No where can I find the right to tax individual citizens. And whether or not its written doesnt matter. IT"S WRONG. and unneccesary.

Try reading the constitution, specifically the 16th amendment.
Now see if you can find the amendment for social security.
