Pretty nice, I'm about as far as you are on the speed bag. I've got the same crappy everlast platform too. It really helps if you put a sack of flower or anything else on top to stop it from moving around. Check out my videos. Thanks

just a little adive when speedbagging u want the bottom of the speedbag to be equal to the bottom of ur chin but other then that doing good
