Yeah, a lady drank a gallon of water during a radio contest and dies of over-hydration.... please google this information and always CONSULT your DOCTOR before starting any weight loss program. Drinking 8 to 10 eight ounce glasses of water daily is enough.
I will make a video on it. But in the meantime, as long as your body is movin and your heart is pumpin fast, it doesnt matter what you do. I am a fan of Tae bo, which was something I did in high school and got very fit. Also, jump roping, burpees, running in place in 30 second intervals, 30 seconds rest for about 20-30 mins help.
Totally beautiful, gorgeous, shapely, and with perfectly toned muscular arms and delts without being overly mucular or too bulky at all. You so prove women can be totally feminine and totally fit at the same time! Just wish you would have flexed a bit to show how beautifully shaped , toned, and fit your arms are without being too bulky.
Good video. But drinking gallon of water at one time can be dangerous. If there are any young people out there watching this video...please don't drink a gallon of water at once. There is a such thing as too much water. U can drown and die. Don't believe me?..google it.

she died because she drank a gallon of water in less than an hour...i clearly state to drink 3- 4 liters a day throughout the day....

yes, a person would need to drink 3 liters to a gallon of water thoughout the day. Carrying a liter drinking container can help accomplish that,
