  • Hiyaaaa! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister got great Six pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • just finished your 3000 pushup challenge. my results: 27 pushups 1st attempt, 30 the 2nd, 36th the 3rd, 46 the 4th, and 55 the 5th. taking a couple day break then starting p90x. thanks for the inspiration!

  • @hovik96ers i dont think so my dad worked out when he was 12 and it never disrupted his height growth hes very tall and buff. im not positive about this but youll probably be ok

  • @stewie702 Just don't take supplements and chemicals your body does not need while growing. Fitness is OK. I really started into fitness when I was 14-15.

  • @stewie702 p90x will not stunt your growth. kids who start doing weight workouts too early sometimes stop growing early. However, at 14 you should already be or be starting to lift weights. P90x is just resistance work, it'll just get you fit.

  • @josebrid It's been shown your growth will stunt if you lift heavy weights like bench pressing and other weight based exercise techniques.Dumbells are okay because that's pretty easy weight. And you can do pull-ups and push-ups because that's your own body weight.And if you over exercise to much your growth might stunt.

  • @cvcaliboy87 most hardcore cardio will make u drop muscle mass, lactic acid builds everywhere and anywhere that wasnt being worked like ur arms, the muscle mass will just drop instead of dropping and then healing and getting bigger or stronger

  • hey i bought a pull up bar, but i think that the door frame will break. will it break? the door at my house is pretty weak. but does the sturdyniess depend on the door or the kind of pull up bar? i have the perfect multi gym pull up bar

  • i dont use p90x and im in good shape. 6 pack is simple people. just jogg or anything that makes u sweat a lot. only difference i see from p90x is that they gain more muscle. BUT..........no cardio..... u choose it

    Question, is your routine expensive? The diet list seems insane expensive. I've been on a typical low cal diet and I've been able to keep costs down, but wow, you need to eat alot for this workout!

  • @Mannymurderya A big part of it is stretching, make sure you stretch before and after a workout, or if your just starting to work out your going to feel sore either way

  • What training benefit is there to this video? What am I gaining from watching you execute this workout? How is measurable progress achieved, are you timing yourself to see if your times decrease? Are you trying to get max reps in a set time frame, to see if reps increase over time? If its based on how tight your shirt fits on you, when this system is terribly flawed...

  • This is exactly the hybrid I was looking for. P90X is centered about lifting while insanity is based on extreme cardio, moreso than P90X kenpo and cardio. I think this is perfect, sir. well done.

  • @Frenchy0527 Hahahahaha....Dear french fry, I am sure this is a tough workout if your new to PT, but if your seasoned in this area I suggest you train like you mean it, I have a friend that just stopped the workout cuz he admits it sucks ass and he lost 20LBS using the program, 20 LBS of muscle that is, so my advice is to hit the barbells and dumbbells and leave this crap for the fatties with low self esteem that don't know what their doing.

    As for me doing this workout... I won't... It's gay.

  • @GodsRenagade ... Well I must say that you got real creative on me with "french fry"... Anyway, I do hit the dumbbells and barbells, but P90X is a bitch of a cardio workout... Call it gay, but until you give it try don't knock it... I combine both P90X and regular weight training...I once also was a closed minded weight training freak, but I have to admit that I've seen a lot more results since combining both... Now I don't have 20lbs of muscle or fat to lose....

    This may not be your method of training, but my stubborn and unconventional methods of training has given me the strength and motivation to earn a SEAL contract.

  • you do one video a day..mon,wed,fri has ab ripper x tagged on after the lifting days...each day expect an hour and 15 minutes on average. sundays off. get the system seriously it changed my life. people think they are in shape until they do this. u see real results

  • i started p90x yesterday with chest and back, and holy shit. i didnt listen to tonys advise, and kinda went crazy on the 1st sets. sure enough i paid for it the 2nd time around with a ton of muscle failure. i cant wait to see whats next though, i got plyometrics today. also ab ripper x tore me up, how is cardio abs?

  • Yeah it's going to be pretty damn crazy! I think it combines the best of both workouts, P90X and Insanity. We will see how it pans out and if I need to alter anything as I go through... Stay tuned =)

  • Yeah when I first started P90X back in Dec 08 I couldnt even do 3 in a row lol. Under the fence is fun and I love finish hard on that one!

  • Thats okay, I slipped too. I started by workin' way too many hours again.(10/12/ 15 hour days, thats in a row) Comes with the job. To add to that I had some dental work done this week. The doc forbade me to workout afterward. I plan to spend the weekend making up for those missed workouts. This will be fun though. Keep up the good work, coach. 5star

  • Yeah it's really tough to work really long days and still have the energy to get workouts in. What matters is you do something but that doesn't mean working out 2 hours a day after a 15 hour work day. Great job sticking with it and doing what you can when you can!

  • No I did not get deluxe and I have heard what you are talking about. Don't get me wrong, Insanity is awesome, but it does lack in resistance. Sooo get deluxe and use the weights :)

    Yeah dude, this was brutal! I am so conditioned for cardio I got owned in the back half lol. I don't feel as though I lost much ability to do chin ups but definitely put the chair in there for 2-4 extra reps.

    Can't wait to see what this combo does for me!
