My IG does the same.But when you look at him doing it he will stop.Thats why he is so funny!

One of mine does that too. And when I scratch his back, it must be his tickle spot because he starts involuntarily scratching and his mouth draws back. It's like "Ohhhh, Oooohhhhh, Yes, Yes, Yes!" It's so funny!
