I have tried to learn an alternative modern language (portuguese) and mate that is a trip... some things sound crazy and lost in translation when spoken literally. I've always been at a quandary, I do believe in God and Jesus. I'm not sure about religion and all that, so many religion's out there, so many different beliefs, I wouldn't know who to believe. All of them are like "we're right, they're wrong, no they're wrong we're right" makes my head spin. Yes I have, I actually have The Showdown's record "Temptation Come My Way". That is a great record from start to finish. Living Sacrifice, another good band (too heavy for me though). Tourniquet is another good band, they have thay early Metallica vibe. X-Sinner is OK, I don't really care for their singers voice, but still they can really shred.

I saw Stryper for the first time last year ... and it was an awesome concert! At the end Michael prayed and it wasn't some cheesy prayer, it was powerful, and he even prayed for the people there - the crowd, the people who were at the bar (it was not a Christian venue), the people who ran the establishment - he prayed whatever was on his heart and mind and I respect them more than ever for being bolder than ever in what they believe and in playing for all the right reasons.
