You have not seen frizzy until you see my hair, I absolutely hate it! After I wash my hair the curls are quite loose but as I start to dry it my hair becomes a total mess, I could actually compare myself to a lion its that bad lol its soo embarrassing aswel. Ive tried using your technique of straightening with the brush but it just doesnt work for me. Overall I think it takes me about 2hours just to straighten my hair which doesnt help in any situation. Any advice or tips? Thanks :)

i use to have hair like your but like,10 times thicker so i HATED it and did this treatment called anti curl, which doesn't get rid of the curls entirely just tones them down a bit. it looked pretty nice for a couple of months but noww my natural hair is growing at the roots and it looks crazy ): i cant get it done again until December when i visit there again, any tips as to tone down the roots? @Oncloudnine777 You can but, it's really not as effective if you did but one from the store. I really recommend the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave-In Hair Cream. I've been using it for a year now and my hair used to be frizzy in humid and rainy weather but, since I've been using this my hair is not frizzy even in worst weather climates. Man that sounded like a product placement but, seriously that stuff is great plus it's cheap!

@Feelingbetterful You can use water as well to temporarily smooth the hair down. Leave in conditioner spray will just hold the frizz down for a longer period of time since its locking in the moisture.

well most people have hair that are healthy on the bottom and frizzy on the top, I have that too and I hate it. well I guess the top always looks more damage cause of the sun and almost anything you do to ur hair will affect it on the top more than the bottom layers

@nightsky161 - use oil for frizz. like the cooking oil in your hair...not on the top, but in the middle/ends. use it in the shower after you shampoo and condition and then like soak it in your hair for about 5 minutes and then rinse it out in the shower. don't worry if you think the oil is gonna like just be washed down the drain. hope this helps. it seriously worked for me :) :) :) and you can buy products at the store/online that are like this (w/the oil) oh and don't use this everyday. proll

I have curly hair and bangs. If i let my bangs dry naturally, it would be a frizzy nightmare, so I gave up and trying and I just blow dry my bangs every single day, while I let the rest of my hair dry naturally. That works for me :)
