  • Heh-heh, I was being sarcastic for the benefit of my brother (who's also a long time ham). ;) I say things like that sometimes at hamfests, just to be facetious. I actually despise the CB mentality myself.

  • The tube looks like a 5cx1500. Same tube we use at our Collins 831d2 FM still working.

  • You're right, it's a broadcast tube. The manufacturers literature says it's an Eimac 3CX1500/8877.
