I am doing the atkins diet as well. I have only been on the diet for about a week and I can feel the diffrence and see it a little too. I don';t want to get on the scale until the second week. oil pulling is when u put about a tablespoon of oil(sesame,coconut,saffire)no olive oil heard it turns teeth yellow, anyway u put this oil in your mouth and squish it around for 15-20 mins then spit it out and rinse your mouth,it brightens your teeth,removes toxins,heals alot of problems,so i have heard,alot of folks swear by it
6 pounds is awesome , your gonna do great! and if you can't stick with atkins try weight watchers cause i know atkins is real hard or the south beach is good it, it slowly introduces carb's into your diet stage one which is 2 weeks you eat no carbs then it introduces fruits and some carbs goodluck to you again and congrat's on the 6 pounds !
Dude you have no idea... atkins is well healthy, I have lost loads of weight because of it, and I feel the best I have ever felt. Read the book, give it a go then say a stupid statement like that! Or tell me why its unhealthy and show proof to back it up!
your allowed 20 carbs to start, then you increase it later on. Read the book. Another thing, because of atkins, I no longer have high blood pressure and my cholesterol is normal.
