  • Man I sure have to agree with you it sure has been windy and rain I was out yesterday and the wind was crazy I got lucky and killed one on the 19th our 2nd day man you guys sure are lucky here in Missouri we only get 3 weeks to hunt 2 birds and I bacon wrap the breasts then indirect grill them on the Weber MAN nothing like it Best of luck on another bird lol I agree I missed out on a few over my right shoulder Take care

  • Looks delicious...wish they let you taste some how on here.

Congrats on getting a Turkey and nice work on showing us a southern version on how to fix it. I have only had wild Turkey a few times, but it was great.

My Uncle cooked it up a few different ways. I have to catch a 2 hour boat ride off the Island and drive over 500 miles to hunt Turkey..and we are only allowed one and it has to have a beard...pretty tough to get my friends into going :D

    Nice work

    Your way looks very good.

    Thumbs up

  • interesting.. I've never heard of fried turkey like that. I always make mine into jerkey, but I may try this if I get a gobbler this spring!!
