There are also a large amount of drop-outs there. The public school system is getting horrible funding, especially in larger cities. That often means that 1 teacher could have to teach upwards of 30 students. This country isn't as free as you hope to argue and its quickly going downhill.

There are also a large amount of drop-outs there. The public school system is getting horrible funding, especially in larger cities. That often means that 1 teacher could have to teach upwards of 30 students. This country isn't as free as you hope to argue and its quickly going downhill.

Venezuela is NOT socialist. 2/3 of the economy is controlled by the private sector, and only a fraction of the economy is controlled by cooperatives. Germany is not socialist, it's capitalist. Do you even know what socialism is?
It's common or state ownership of the means of production, and workers control over production and distribution. Germany is the opposite, it's capitalist. Venezuela is 1% socialist at best.
