Bagus lah naikkan gaji penjawat kerajaan..sebab kalau tengaok scale gaji mereka memang sangat rendah berbanding gaji bagi jawatan sama di sektor swasta...but they get pensions when they retired.However,jgn masih tak peduli pasal gaji rakyat sektor swasta. Without pekerja sektor swasta ,business boleh lumpuh and there will be nothing much to shout about kegemilangan ekonomi.
this hike is good move. the next step to plan better oppurtunities for civil service to further their studies and widen the promotional prospects of all staffs in the civil service. Once all these are in place, time for the Govt to emphasize on service quality to its people and crackdown on all corruption practices occuring within all sectors in the civil service.
You can't talk about loyalty if you do not pay your staff well for them to support their family and have a healthy family life. Govt must not take its persons serving the nation for granted. You must pay hard working staff in a way they are able to feed their families better, shelter them better and gives them spirit to excel in their career. There must be sufficient and tansparent system of route of advancement. Its all about bread and butter what makes the system works.
the salary hike is long overdue. It should be done earlier. Malaysia Civil Service Sector could not get out from its 3rd world standard because of unattractive salary and reward scheme. The message is simple "you pay peanuts, all your employee turns into monkeys. Civil Service salaries must be attractive and reward scheme must be attractive to ensure talented people joing and those who join stays in the civil service and motivated to excel in it.
it is work..it is can improve their deliver speed..i don't think so cos they kind of people lazy for 10 yrs want them to transform to Hardworking servant.I think need 10 more yrs and every yr increase 10% salary. But i better dream on it better then see them improve..cos real will let me very sad about Malaysia government servant..wish all non Malaysia Government servant all the best...sorry i go to sleep now,cos i want to get a nice dream to gorvertment servant

Australia Labour Party 'shockingly' won the election.
The Ruling party , The Liberal, in embarrassment, loss big ...
BN Component parties will lose big.
Many BN component parties will jump ship.
Alternative Front will win all 67% Parliamentary seats,& form the New Government.
Remember, all events happened yesterday & today were all illogical.

what about private sector? SME? government servant does not suffer as much as we do. they have their own loan system. us SMEs are trapped.
